Deferred or Planned Gifts

Bequests. Bequests can be specific or residual. That is, you can leave The American Revolution Center a percentage of your assets, a specific dollar amount, or a percentage of your assets after your family is taken care of, called a residual bequest. Planned Giving. A bequest from your estate will support the mission of The American Revolution Center for generations to come. An additional benefit is that such a gift is considered a charitable contribution and may help reduce taxes on the donor’s estate.
