Andrew Card has diverse experience at the highest levels in government, academia, and industry. Most notably, he served as White House Chief of Staff from 2000-2006, and as Secretary of Transportation from 1992-1993. In 1975 he was elected to the Massachusetts House of Representatives. He previously served as Vice President of Government Relations at GM and CEO of the American Automobile Manufacturers Association. From 2011-2013 he was Acting Dean of the Bush School of Government at Texas A&M University.
